Abby's Fifth Birthday

After a short break, we began the festivities for Abby's fifth birthday! We had my parents, Garratt, and the Sanders over for presents and pizza. 

Grandma was kind enough to make the cake and Abby had so much fun decorating it with her Doc McStuffins figurines. 

Hard to believe she's already FIVE!

Sweet Abby was almost at her patience limit after looking at her presents all day, so presents were first on the list (after the Sanders admired the sky house of course). 

Abby was thrilled to receive blocks (just like Shelby's that she's loved playing with at preschool), big ball, craft kit, Doc McStuffins clinic kit, hairbrush, book, first aid kit refills, and a Doc McStuffins backpack. She hardly knew what to play with first! 

Since Lucy turns 1 tomorrow, we celebrated her birthday too. She was so sweet, and loved the book she could chew on best! :)

After yummy pizza, it was time for cake! 

It took a few tries but she eventually got all the candles blown out before Doc melted. :) 

The rest if the evening involved lots of block building inside and sky house construction outside. What a wonderful day!
