It has become a tradition for Emmy to help Brett get ready in the morning. She helps to pick out what clothes he'll wear in the fortress (our walk-in closet), and then they put on Daddy's socks. Emmy loves toes and she loves socks. Combining them is even better! This morning, as Daddy sat down on the floor to put on his socks, Emmy crawled back into the fortress, found his socks from yesterday and started trying to put them on her feet. Daddy helped her and this was the result.
"See, my feet are the same as Daddy's! Now, where can I get some shoes like his?"
She kept the socks on all through breakfast and walked surprisingly well with them on. I love that they go up to her thighs! What a silly baby and what a silly daddy!
